Bought an AMETHYST at an estate sale, box and all. Does anyone monitor this?? The 1-800 number on the warranty card plays a tone and then nothing. Unit powers on and I will be honest, my sleep has improved, but my wife says it talks during the day when the room is empty. Is this covered.
